Facilities Hightlight
Climate-controlled system
Buildings A and B at Queensville are each equipped with independent climate control systems. These systems operate 24/7 to regulate temperature and humidity, ensuring that our indoor spaces meet USDA standards for indoor kennel. Additionally, both buildings feature full ventilation systems that maintain a continuous flow of fresh air between indoor and outdoor areas, creating a healthy and comfortable environment for the dogs.
Water purification system
At Queensville, the water our dogs drink is carefully purified through several stages. First, it passes through a preliminary filtration system to remove impurities. Then, it undergoes UV disinfection to eliminate harmful microorganisms. After that, the water is filtered a second time, followed by a final stage where it is treated to remove heavy metals. Only after these rigorous steps does the water reach the dogs' bowls, ensuring the highest quality.
Pesticide-controlled
We regularly bring in professional pest control teams to thoroughly treat our dogs' outdoor play areas, lawns, and running tracks. This ensures that these spaces are free from mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and other pests. The insecticides we use are pet-friendly, and we always wait for them to fully dry and evaporate before allowing the dogs back into these areas, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
"Wags and plays" schedule
for boarding & daycare
Dogs are creatures of strong routines and habits, and disrupting their biological clock can lead to adverse consequences. Through decades of experience, we have adhered to a fixed and scientifically backed schedule that ensures a balance lifestyle for the dogs. This approach not only aligns with their natural instincts but also positively impacts their overall health.
